In the contact forms and quote builder, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, project information, budget, timing and message. Please provide only the information needed for your request.
3. How the forms work
The website does not store form fields in a database or submit them automatically. Once completed, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with a pre-filled message. Your data is sent only when you personally confirm the message.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We use the information received solely to reply, assess your request, prepare a quote and carry out the requested pre-contractual activities. Processing is based on your request and, where necessary, on the consent given in the form.
5. Recipients and external services
Data is processed only by those involved in handling the request and, where necessary, by technical service providers. If you choose WhatsApp, processing is also governed by the WhatsApp/Meta terms and privacy notice. The hosting provider may process technical data and logs required for website security and operation.
6. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle the request and any subsequent relationship, as well as for periods required by law. Messages that are no longer useful are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
8. Cookies and external links
The website does not use profiling cookies. Links to external platforms open only at your request; once opened, the privacy notices of their respective operators apply.
