An unfinished site is an abandoned site.
Launch is not the end of the project. Expiring certificates, components needing updates, backups nobody ever tried to restore: none of these give warning signs until they cause an outage.
Maintenance is the least visible part of the work and the first to be cut. It is also the part whose absence turns a ten-minute problem into two days of an unreachable site.
Scope
What the service includes
Managed hosting
Configured infrastructure, certificates, domains and mail looked after over time.
Verified backups
Periodic copies stored separately and tested by actually restoring them.
Updates and security
Components, dependencies and fixes applied after preventive checks.
Uptime monitoring
Continuous availability checks with alerts when something is wrong.
Value
What you can achieve
Reduce the risk of prolonged outages and data loss. Have one technical contact instead of several suppliers. Keep the project current without having to remember it. Get small changes without raising a quote each time.
Method
How it works
Survey
Current state, suppliers involved, renewal dates and existing risks.
Stabilisation
Backups, overdue updates, certificates and access credentials put in order.
Ongoing management
Periodic checks, updates and continuous monitoring.

FAQ
Hosting and maintenance FAQs
What is included, what is not, and how your access is handled.
Do I have to move hosting to you?
No. We can maintain the project on your current provider, as long as it allows the necessary access. A migration is only considered if the existing infrastructure limits security or performance.
Do domain and hosting stay in my name?
Yes, always. Domains and services remain registered to you with your own credentials. We manage them operationally without becoming the account holder: you can change supplier whenever you want, with nothing to reclaim.
What happens if the site goes offline?
Monitoring raises an alert and work starts without waiting for you to report it. Response times and priorities are agreed based on how much downtime affects your business.
Are backups actually tested?
Yes, and it is the step most often skipped elsewhere. A backup never restored is an assumption, not a guarantee: periodic checks confirm recovery works before you need it.
Are content changes included?
Small recurring edits are part of the service. New sections, features or development projects are quoted separately, with the distinction made clear from the start to avoid ambiguity.
